DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE VOD SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for VODACOM GROUP LTD and that as a
result of the dividend declaration relating to VODACOM GROUP LTD (VOD) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 395 cents per VODNNH share instalment that
is payable on Monday, 02 December 2013. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No
STC credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 335.75 cents per share instalment. The
final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 22 November 2013. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 25 November 2013. The record date will be Friday, 29
November 2013.
VODACOM GROUP LTD's income tax number is 9316/041/71/5.
