ANNOUNCEMENT - RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS HELD ON
15 NOVEMBER 2013 (“MEETING”)
Shareholders are referred to the circular (“Circular”) and notice (“Notice”) to shareholders issued by the
Company on 1 November 2013 and are advised that all of the resolutions proposed in the Notice were
passed by the requisite majority of votes cast at the Meeting.
Shareholders are further advised that the Financial Surveillance Department of the South African Reserve
Bank has approved, as a secondary listing on the JSE Limited’s Alternative Exchange, the issue to
shareholders and listing of:
1. Additional Class A Shares in South Africa, as detailed in the Circular; and
2. Class B Shares in South Africa by way of a private placement to be undertaken in and during
November 2013, as detailed in the Circular.
