APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Further in keeping with the Group’s growth strategy and in compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of
the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Invicta (the “Board”) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Grace Chemaly as Company Secretary and Legal Advisor to Invicta
effective 1 January 2014.
Craig Barnard, the incumbent Company Secretary, will step down from this position, but will
continue in his other position as Group Financial Director.
Ms Chemaly has held similar positions in other JSE listed companies and is an admitted Attorney,
Notary and Conveyancer.
The Board wishes her well in this new position as it looks to further strengthen its management
capabilities going forward.
