TRP 121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 13 August 2013 and the Efficient
circular issued on 10 October 2013 wherein shareholders were advised that the Efficient board had
reached agreement with Mr. Robert Walton in terms of which 10 689 299 Efficient shares are to be
issued to and subscribed for by Mr. Robert Walton in cash at a price of R1.53 per share (“the
transaction”). Mr. Robert Walton is an executive director of Efficient.
Pursuant to the implementation of the transaction and in compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the
Companies Act and Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are
advised that Efficient has received notification from the RW Trust of the acquisition by the RW Trust
of Efficient shares, such that the RW Trust’s total beneficial interest is now 20.0% of Efficient’s issued
share capital.
