DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR OF EFFICIENT
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 13 August 2013 and the
Efficient circular issued on 10 October 2013 wherein shareholders were advised that the
Efficient board had reached agreement with Mr. Robert Walton in terms of which 10 689 299
Efficient shares are to be issued to and subscribed for by Mr. Robert Walton in cash at a price of
R1.53 per share (“the transaction”). Mr. Robert Walton is an executive director of Efficient.
