Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of
shareholders held on 18 November 2013, all of the proposed
ordinary and special resolutions, as set out in the notice to
shareholders, were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders present or represented by proxy.
Where required, special resolutions will be submitted in due
course to the Companies Intellectual Property Commission for
registration.
