In line with good corporate governance practice, Bidvest Chief executive Brian
Joffe has resigned as a member of the Nominations committee and Independent
chairperson, Cecilia Wendy Lorato Phalatse has been appointed as a member of
the Nominations committee. This change takes place with immediate effect.
