UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 13 November 2013, wherein it was
disclosed that a follow up meeting would be held between BCL Ltd (“BCL”) and Global Initiatives (Pty) Ltd
(“Global”) on 18 November 2013.
An agreement between BCL and Global was signed in Gaborone, Botswana on Monday, 18 November 2013.
This paves the way for the agreement between the company and Global to be concluded shortly.
