POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Torre`s 2013 annual report for the
financial year ended 30 June 2013 was dispatched to shareholders
on Wednesday, 13 November 2013.
Notice was also given that the annual general meeting of
shareholders of Torre will be held at 461 Flower Close,
Greenhills Industrial Park, Tunney Extension 9, Germiston, on
Tuesday, 10 December 2013 at 10h00 to transact the business set
out in the notice of annual general meeting, included in the
annual report.
The annual report is also available on the Company`s website,
www.torre.co.za
