REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 47th (forty-seventh) annual general meeting of the
shareholders of RCL Foods Limited held today, 19 November 2013,
all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meeting
were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
Any special resolutions required to be lodged for registration
with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission will be
lodged in due course.
