RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Keaton shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released by Keaton on SENS
on 23 August 2013, 26 August 2013 and 8 October 2013 relating to the acquisition by Keaton of
the entire issued share capital of Xceed Resources Limited (the “Transaction”) and are advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
Keaton shareholders will shortly be provided with a further update regarding the Transaction.
