APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS TO THE REUNERT BOARD
The board of directors of Reunert (“board”) is pleased to announce the appointment
of Alan Dickson and Mark Taylor to the board with effect from 21 November 2013.
Alan Dickson is currently managing director of CBI-electric: African Cables and CBI-
electric: Low Voltage and Mark Taylor is currently chief executive officer of
Nashua Mobile Proprietary Limited.
Both have extensive experience in their respective industries and the board looks
forward to their contributions as executive directors of Reunert.
