RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Mr Graham Nel has notified the Company that he
intends to retire from the Sabvest Board with effect from 31 December 2013 as part
of his plan to reduce his board commitments and spend more time with his family.
Graham has been a non-executive director of the Company since 1997 and is also
the Executive Chairman and founder of the Flowmax Group in the UK which is 60%
owned by SA Bias Industries - Sabvest's largest associate.
His experience and intellect have been invaluable to the Board over the years. We
thank him for his lengthy service and wish he, his wife Sonja and their family many
healthy and happy years ahead, and continued success in the Flowmax Group.
