NEW APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
PPC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Todd Moyo to the board of directors with effect from 20
November 2013.
Mr Moyo is chairman of the board of Portland Holdings Ltd in Zimbabwe. He is a Chartered Accountant by
profession, being a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Zimbabwe and the South African
Institute of Chartered Accountants.
The Board believes that Mr Moyo’s experience and qualifications will add significantly to the Board's
deliberations.
