RESIGNATION OF GROUP FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that Mr Gene Lapan has resigned from the Board of
Astrapak (“the Board”) and the Company, with effect from
28 February 2014.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Lapan for his invaluable
contribution to the Group during his tenure as a
director.
An announcement regarding Mr Lapan’s replacement will be
made in due course.
