NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the Notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the Integrated Annual Report
which was posted to shareholders on 30 September 2013, and are advised that the Company has postponed
the Annual General Meeting which was to be held on 5 December 2013.
The Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company will now be held at 10:00 on 9 December 2013
at First Floor, Building 816/5, Hammets Crossing Office Park, 2 Selbourne Road, Fourways, Gauteng, for the
purpose of considering, and, if deemed fit, passing, with or without modification, the resolutions set out in the
Notice of Annual General Meeting, which is contained in the Integrated Annual Report.
The board of directors of the Company has determined that, in terms of section 62(3)(a), as read with section
59 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended, the record date for the purposes of
determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual General
Meeting is 29 November 2013. Accordingly, the last day to trade Bauba shares in order to be recorded in the
Register to be entitled to vote will be 22 November 2013.
Shareholders are further advised that the form of proxy as contained in the Integrated Annual Report for the
year ended 30 June 2013 remains valid, however shareholders wishing to lodge their form of proxy with the
transfer secretary, Computershare Investor Services Proprietary Limited, must do so by no later than
Thursday, 5 December 2013. Shareholders are also able to obtain the forms of proxy, incorporating the
amended dates, from the Company’s website at www.baubaplatinum.co.za.
