DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE INP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for INVESTEC PLC and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to INVESTEC PLC (INP) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 131 cents per INPNNI share instalment that is payable on Friday, 27
December 2013. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits were utilized.
This results in a net dividend of 111.35 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be
rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 06 December 2013. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 09 December 2013. The record date will be Friday, 13
December 2013.
