No.71 of 2008, as amended, and section 3.83(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, shareholders are
advised that the Company has received formal notification in the
prescribed form of the following movement in securities of the
Company:
Momentum Asset Management has acquired an interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company such that the total interest in
the ordinary shares of the Company held by the Momentum Asset
Management now amounts to 7.10% of the total issued share capital
of the Company.
