PrefEx Securities holders are referred to the announcements published on SENS on 4 November 2013
and 19 November 2013 regarding the conversion of PrefEx Securities to the CISCA format and the
change of name of PrefEx.
PrefEx Securities holders are advised that the requisite regulatory approvals required from the Financial
Services Board (“FSB”) are still outstanding. Accordingly, PrefEx Securities holders will be advised once
these regulatory approvals from the FSB have been received and will be notified of the revised salient
dates.
