CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
In accordance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised
that Mr. H.W. Cloete (“Herbert”) has resigned as joint chief
executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
The Ububele board wishes to thank Herbert for his invaluable
contribution during his tenure as an executive director of the
Company and bids him well with his future endeavours.
