Further to the announcement dated 18 November 2013, shareholders are
advised that the special resolution relating to the change of name of the
company from “Esorfranki Limited” to “Esor Limited” has not yet been
processed by CIPC and accordingly the salient dates applicable to the
change of name detailed in that announcement will not apply. A further
announcement regarding this matter will be released in due course.
