In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Section 122(1) of the Companies Act 2008
and Regulation 121 of the Companies Regulation, 2011, shareholders of BCX are advised that
Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd has notified the Company that its holding of BCX ordinary
shares has decreased from 6.38% to 3.31%. Accordingly, the holding by Coronation Asset
Management (Pty) Ltd on behalf of clients represents 3.31% of the voting rights in the Company
Midrand.
