DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
section 122(1) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, as amended,
shareholders are advised that the Public Investment Corporation
(SOC) Limited, informed the company on 26 November 2013 that it
acquired Mediclinic ordinary shares increasing its interest from
9.997% to 10.055% in the issued shares of Mediclinic.
