POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Redefine International, the diversified income focused property company, is pleased to announce that the
Annual Report for the year ended 31 August 2013 has been sent to shareholders today and contains no material
changes to the audited consolidated results for the year ended 31 August 2013, released over SENS and RNS on
29 October 2013.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be sent to shareholders in due course.
A copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in the UK and will shortly
be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do and can also be viewed on the Company’s website,
www.redefineinternational.com.
Redefine International has a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the JSE.
