RESULTS OF THE ADCORP GENERAL MEETING
INTRODUCTION
Adcorp shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the
announcement by Adcorp of the acquisition of Labour Solutions
Australia Proprietary Limited (“Labour Solutions Australia”)
(“the Acquisition”), which was released on SENS on 31 October
2013 and published in the press on 1 November 2013.
OUTCOME OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting held
today at the registered office of the Company, all of the
proposed resolutions set out in the notice of general meeting
included in the Adcorp circular to Shareholders, dated 31
October 2013, were approved by the requisite majority of
Shareholders.
