RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Arrowhead linked unitholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 30 October 2013, relating
to the posting of a circular for the approval of an asset management agreement to be entered into between
Arrowhead, Indite Properties Proprietary Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arrowhead (“Indite
Properties”), and Indite Asset Management Proprietary Limited, as asset manager, in relation to a property
portfolio to be acquired and held by Indite Properties pursuant to Arrowhead’s growth and broader Black
Economic Empowerment Strategy from time to time, as detailed in the circular.
The general meeting was held on Friday, 29 November 2013, and linked unitholders are advised that the
resolution proposed thereat was duly passed by the requisite majority of Arrowhead linked unitholders.
