VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:
On 19 November 2013, the Company allotted 6,837,832 new ordinary shares of 50 pence
each pursuant to the Company’s Scrip Dividend Scheme. As a result of this allotment, the
Company’s issued share capital now consists of 973,845,701 ordinary shares of 50 pence
each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intu Properties plc is 973,845,701.
The above figure of 973,845,701 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a
change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
