RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The board of directors of the company advise that, at the
Annual General Meeting of shareholders held at the company’s
offices today, the ordinary resolutions as set out in the
notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the company’s
2013 Annual Financial Statements were duly passed by the
requisite majority votes.
All special resolutions were similarly adopted, and where
necessary will be filed with CIPC for registration.
