REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of the shareholders of Gijima Group
Limited held today, Friday, 29 November 2013 all the ordinary and
special resolutions proposed at the meeting were approved by the
requisite majority of votes. The special resolutions will be filed
and registered where required with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission in due course.
