regard to a possible quarterly distribution to holders of PropTrax TEN
securities, for the quarter ending 31 December 2013:
Last day to trade cum distribution: Wednesday, 18 December 2013
Securities trade ex-distribution: Thursday, 19 December 2013
Record date: Friday, 27 December 2013
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and notification
of the payment date will be within 14 business days of the record date.
