Changes to the board of directors
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Sasfin (“the Board”) wishes to advise that
with effect from 28 November 2013, the following changes have
occurred on the Board:
- Mr Norman Axten has retired as the Independent Non-Executive
Chairman of the Board.
Sasfin wishes to thank Mr Axten for his valuable contribution
to the Company during his tenure on the Board
- Mr Roy Andersen, previously an Independent Non-Executive
Director, has been appointed Independent Non-Executive
Chairman of the Board.
The Company wishes Mr Andersen well in his new appointment
and looks forward to his input and expertise going forward.
