CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
In accordance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mr Vincent Raseroka has
resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from the 1 December
2013.
The Protech board wishes to thank Mr Raseroka for his contributions to the board
during his tenure and wish him well with his future endeavours.
