NOTICE OF ACQUISTION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN BCX SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Section 122(1) of the Companies Act 2008
and Regulation 121 of the Companies Regulation, 2011, shareholders of BCX are advised that Old
Mutual PLC has notified the Company that its holding of BCX ordinary shares has increased to 7.71%.
Accordingly, the holding by Old Mutual PLC represents 7.71% of the voting rights in the Company
Midrand.
