In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Petrus Johannes de Jongh has
resigned as chairman and non-executive director of StratCorp Limited
with effect from 30 November 2013. The Board wants to thank Mr de
Jongh for his contribution during the period of more than 12 years
that he served as chairman and non-executive director of StratCorp
and would like to wish him well in his endeavours.
