REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 17th (seventeenth) annual general meeting of the
shareholders of FirstRand held today, 3 December 2013, all of the
ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meeting were
approved by the requisite majority of votes.
CHANGE TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:-
Following Mr Bruce Unser’s retirement and consequent resignation
as company secretary, Mrs. Carnita Low has been appointed as
company secretary of FirstRand with effect from 6 January 2014.
