TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN LINKED UNITS
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71, of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Vukile has
received notification from Old Mutual Plc (“Old Mutual”) of the acquisition by Old Mutual of Vukile
linked units, such that Old Mutual’s total beneficial interest in the company is now 6.31% of Vukile’s issued
linked units.
