TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71, of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Consolidated
Infrastructure has received notification from Old Mutual Plc (“Old Mutual”) of the acquisition by Old Mutual
of Consolidated Infrastructure shares such that Old Mutual’s total beneficial interest in the company is now
9.54% of Consolidated Infrastructure’s issued shares.
