DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF ABIL SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, shareholders
are advised of the following:
Sanlam Investment Management has on 3 December 2013, notified the
company that accounts under its management has increased its
holding in ABIL ordinary shares, such that their total interest in
the company now amounts to 5.05% of the issued securities of that
class.
Further, Old Mutual PLC has on 3 December 2013, notified the
company that accounts under its management has increased its
holding in ABIL preference shares, such that their total interest
in the company now amounts to 6.33% of the issued securities of
that class.
