In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Altron hereby confirms
that the company has received a notice in terms of Section 122 of the Companies Act, 2008
(Act No. 71 of 2008).
Old Mutual Plc has informed Altron that it has recently acquired additional Altron
participating preference shares on behalf of its clients.
Following the notice which was dated 2 December 2013, Old Mutual Plc now holds 10.94%
of the participating preference share capital of the company.
