DEALING IN SECURITIES BY THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.63 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited (“JSE”), shareholders are hereby advised that shares awarded to the
company secretary on 3 December 2010 in terms of the company’s Bonus
Share Plan (“BSP”) have vested. Pursuant to the vesting of these shares,
shareholders are further advised of the following transaction:

Number of shares sold: 10 385
Sale price per share: R59.74
Total value of the shares sold: R620 399.90
Nature and extent of interest: Direct beneficial
The shares were acquired at a deemed consideration of R65.00 per share. The
above transaction was undertaken on market and prior clearance to deal in the
company shares was obtained in terms of the company’s share dealing policy and
in compliance with paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
