No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Old Mutual PLC (“Old Mutual”) has notified Netcare
that it has acquired a beneficial interest in securities of the company, such that the total beneficial
interest of Netcare securities held by Old Mutual is now 6.03% of the total issued securities of that
class.
