Amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements – Hybrid Financial Instruments
Bulletin 6 of 2013
The JSE has made amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements by including a new Section 20 –
Hybrid Financial Instruments.
Hybrid Financial Instruments are instruments that portray characteristics of both debt securities and
equity securities
Pursuant to Board Notice 233 of 2013 as published in the Government Gazette No.37062, the
effective date of Bulletin 6 of 2013 is 2 January 2014.
