RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised
that Mr. Stephan Abraham Roux (“Mr Roux”) has resigned as non-
executive director of Ububele with immediate effect.
The Ububele board wishes to thank Mr. Roux for his contribution
during his tenure as a non-executive director of the Company and
bid him well with his future endeavours.
