ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN PSG FINANCIAL SERVICES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act,
71 of 2008, as amended, and section 3.83(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that PSG Financial Services has received formal
notification in the prescribed form that:
Old Mutual plc (“Old Mutual”) has acquired an interest in
the preference shares of PSG Financial Services such that
the total interest, in aggregate, in the preference shares
of PSG Financial Services held by Old Mutual, now amounts
to 7.33% of the total issued preference shares of PSG
Financial Services.
