CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The announcement released on SENS on 20 November 2013 regarding
the early retirement of Mr Craig Tingle as the Chief Financial
Officer of Mediclinic from 31 March 2014 refers.
The Board is pleased to announce that Mr Tingle has reconsidered
his decision to take early retirement and will remain as Chief
Financial Officer of Mediclinic.
