Shareholders are advised that the Annual Financial
Statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2013
will be posted to shareholders today, 6 December 2013 and
contain no modifications to the audited results which
were released on SENS on 27 September 2013.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
the Company will be held at AfroCentric Head Office, 11th
Floor, Sandton City Towers, Sandton City, Sandton on 23
January 2014 at 12h00 to transact the business as stated
in the annual general meeting notice, forming part of the
Annual Financial Statements.
Record dates
The notice of annual general meeting will be posted to
shareholders of the Company who were recorded as such in
the Company's securities register on Friday, 29 November
2013.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to attend
and vote at the Annual General Meeting will be Friday, 10
January 2014.
The date on which shareholders of the Company must be
recorded as such in the Company's securities register in
order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 17 January 2014.
Proxy Forms must be lodged by no later than 12:00 on
Wednesday, 22 January 2014.
