CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF REDEFINE
Linked unitholders are advised that independent non-executive director, Diana Perton, has informed Redefine of her
intention to resign from the board of directors of Redefine, with effect from 30 January 2014.
Diana Perton, who was due to retire by rotation at the company’s upcoming annual general meeting, will accordingly
not offer herself for re-election at that meeting.
Redefine wishes to thank Di for her invaluable contribution to the company over the last nine years and wishes her
well in her future endeavours.
