RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Chemspec
wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr D Coyle Dowling, as
an executive director of Chemspec with effect from 31 January 2014 to
pursue personal interests.
The Chemspec board of directors wish to extend their thanks to Mr Coyle
Dowling for his invaluable contribution to the Company over the last 3
years and wish him well for the future.
