BOARD CHANGES
Shareholders of Metrofile Holdings are advised that Carl
Coutts-Trotter has resigned as an alternate director to
Christopher Seabrooke with immediate effect.
Carl is in the process of reducing his external board
commitments in preparation for his appointment as CEO of the
SA Bias Industries Group on 1/01/2014.
The board of directors of the Company would like to thank Carl
for his contribution over the past 20 months.
COMMITTEE AMENDMENTS
With effect from 1 January 2014, Mrs Sindiswa Zilwa will
become a member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation
Committee in addition to the Audit, Governance and Risk
Committee.
