FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated Thursday, 28 March 2013 and renewed on
Thursday, 9 May 2013, Friday 21 June 2013, Monday 5 August 2013, Monday 16 September
2013, and Monday 29 October 2013 wherein shareholders were advised that the Company has
entered into negotiations which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price of the Company’s securities. Shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in
progress and to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a
further announcement is made.
